Why is N2 used instead of steam to start up the reaction system in an MTO unit?
Nitrogen is introduced into the reactor, mainly for drying purposes; after nitrogen is used to displace the air, steam is then used to raise the temperature
For lining drying, transporting catalysts, and similar tasks, nitrogen should be used to control the oxygen content in the reaction. At the initial stage, let’s work together to make progress~~~
