Sulfuric acid storage tank level gauge

The factory has installed a new sulfur-based sulfuric acid production system, which includes a vertical storage tank with dimensions of Φ7.4m*8m. This tank has been in use for one month, but no level gauge has been installed in it. There is no manhole at the top of the tank; only an exhaust pipe is present. A construction plan is requested! ! !
What is the material of this vertical storage tank?
It would be best if you could provide the drawings of the storage tank; if there are only vent openings on them, then the pipe connections listed below will likely be necessary……
There is also a DN80 feed inlet on top; there are no holes on the side, and the outlet is at the bottom

If it is made of Q235A material, then you need to install a level gauge; installing a manhole is not a problem either.
I arranged some photos from a site; you might find them useful as a reference... A tee is used at the liquid outlet, which can be connected to a magnetic level gauge or similar device, while pressure balance is achieved at the top through a tee that serves as an inlet or outlet for the liquid……
Won’t there be any hydrogen in Q235A? What impact will it have if the acid concentration is reduced to 93%?
High-concentration sulfuric acid has strong oxidizing properties but weak corrosivity toward metals; it is possible to install a tee at the top vent and then a stainless-steel float level gauge in a vertical orientation.
