Is Sinopec’s talent recruitment website -- job.sinopec.com reliable?

I haven’t graduated from undergraduate yet, but I’m interested in working at Sinopec’s design institutes. Sinopec has a talent recruitment website where one can submit resumes; will my resume get any attention after being submitted there? Are other methods needed to get HR’s attention? I hope those who have experience can offer some advice.
It’s useless to just submit your resume on this site; you need to contact the HR department of the company you’re interested in directly. They will tell you to upload your resume on this website after they decide to hire you – otherwise, uploading it there is pointless

The job listings on Sinopec’s official website are basically useless; job openings for its subsidiary companies are only posted in October each year. Perhaps due to monopolistic factors, they only recruit fresh graduates, and these positions usually involve permanent employment. As for temporary workers, it is the subsidiary companies that have the authority to hire them, and it depends on each individual branch. For full-time positions, approval from the Beijing headquarters is required.
