Downcomer temperature

What is the temperature of the downcomer when the Texaco gasifier is operating normally? How much will the temperature be due to the thermal radiation from the combustion chamber after a sudden drop in temperature?
The temperature in the downcomer is probably around 220°. A sudden loss of water supply can have serious consequences

Normally, it refers to the temperature of the black water in the gasification furnace/ the temperature of the syngas exiting the gasification furnace; the lower limit is the temperature of the quench water, while the upper limit (in case of water supply interruption) is the temperature in the combustion chamber.
The temperature varies in each section; it gets lower as one moves downward, starting from the quenching ring.
