New issues after applying the patch to SW6-2011

I’m using the online version. After loading the four patches, new problems were discovered. The verification for opening reinforcement has been approved, but the calculation document for the opening reinforcement cannot be generated. (Usually, it’s the endless generation of page counts in Word files, or the computer crashing)! I wonder if anyone has encountered this situation?
:I haven’t encountered it; I’m using the standalone version of SW6.
I’m also using the stand-alone version, and I’ve installed all the patches so far. The problem is that when calculating fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers, the calculation fails for the operating tube sheet – no calculation is performed at all. However, with the same input values, the calculation works fine in the older version. Have you encountered this problem before?
Uh, I haven’t calculated it yet. However, a similar problem arose when calculating the saddle.
The calculation for the saddle is done, but the data related to that saddle part isn’t saved; it seems that after the calculation is completed and approved, the data isn’t saved. Next time, all the data just entered for opening the saddle will be lost, so I have no choice but to produce the calculation report right after finishing the calculations. There are too many problems with this software; four patches have been released yet there are still issues.
This issue exists in both the online and standalone versions, but it was not present before patch 4.

Ah, I have the standalone version, and I’m encountering the same issue. I checked the device center website but there are no new patches available. I’m not sure if it’s due to an incompatibility with the system version; I’m using the WEN7 system
I also have Win7; I’m not sure how XP is Do anyone who uses XP system want to share their experiences?
With the XP system, I haven’t encountered such problems with the network version
