Add the water-coal slurry additive and, after mixing evenly, stop the mixer (M-1204), and notify the analysis team to test the concentration of the additive in the underground tank (the concentration is approximately 17%). 5. After the analysis is satisfactory, start the pump (P-1203) to add the prepared additive to the additive tank (V-1202) for use in pulp production. 6. Stop the pump (P-1203) when the liquid level of the additive in the underground tank is around 0.3 meters, and continue preparing the additive. Note: Additives are prepared during the day shift; before the end of the shift, it is necessary to ensure that the liquid level in the additive tank (V-1202) remains above 3 meters. One additional tank is prepared for use underground, and no additives are prepared during the night shift.
