Should a team leader teach the knowledge he has acquired through his own efforts to his team members without reservation, or should he hold back some of that knowledge as long as it ensures that the team members can work safely and efficiently?
Don’t harbor such petty calculations. . . In fact, over time, you will find that as you teach others, you improve yourself as well. . Of course, if it truly is a professional skill that cannot be learned through other means, that’s another matter
Actually, when it comes to carrying out the operations, it doesn’t matter whether to keep them or not; after all, the positions are different, and the competence of the team members is still very important. There are also those in charge of the main operations, so there’s no need for you to worry about everything! ?
Actually, there’s nothing much to worry about now; following the rules will prevent any problems. To be honest, I’m currently training them to take on roles as team leaders, and with this approach, I wonder if I’ll end up in that position myself in the end. . . . Alas!
Just teach them the methods. The vast majority of things can’t be learned just by being taught; they’re adults after all, and they’ve spent some years in school, right? They still possess basic thinking skills, learning abilities, and self-study capabilities. Relying solely on forced memorization only fosters their dependence and laziness; it’s sufficient to clarify the rules and guidelines, and then let them work on it on their own.
