Could you please explain what each part of GA41H-150C DN300 refers to? I previously saw the Z41H-25 DN300; what are the differences between these two models in terms of their specifications? Please give me some advice! Thank you! Extra points will be given! ! :D

The former is a lever-type safety valve with a pressure rating of 15 MPa and a diameter of 300; the latter is a wedge-type single-disc gate valve with a pressure rating of 2.5 MPa and a diameter of 300

The gate valve at the back is 25 kilograms in capacity and there’s no problem with it; the safety valve at the front is of the lever type, and that’s also fine. However, the pressure rating seems to be 150 pounds, which corresponds to 20 kilograms per the American standard. We have never used this type of safety valve, so we don’t have any opinion on it. It also seems that there is no single-lever safety valve with a DN300 capacity – the maximum capacity appears to be 200
GA41H-150C DN300: 150C does not mean 150 Lb… it refers to a pressure of 150 kilograms, which is equivalent to 15.0 MPa

GA likely refers to a bar-type safety valve; the number 4 indicates flange connection, while 1 denotes a slightly open type, meaning that the opening degree of the valve disc relative to the diameter of the flow channel is less than 1/40–1/20. For DN300, the value 150 mentioned earlier should also represent the nominal pressure according to national standards, that is, 150 bars or 15 MPa. There are also cases where, at the customer’s request, the pressure is specified in US pounds, while the diameter is indicated according to national standards; this has been encountered in actual production. The number 4 indicates flange connection, 1 denotes a straight-through type, 150 refers to the American standard pressure rating, and this type is commonly used in the petrochemical industry, corresponding to 150LB, which is equivalent to 2.0 MPa according to European standards. The letter C indicates that the valve body is made of carbon steel. DN300 denotes the nominal diameter; as for what type of construction it is, I haven’t found out yet. Z41H-25: steel wedge gate valve type, flanged connection, straight-through design; the “25” refers to the European standard pressure, indicating a nominal pressure of 2.5 MPa
