Our unit has ordered a coal moisture-regulation device of the third-generation fluidized bed type; it is capable of removing 3%-4% of the water content from the coal. Its thermal efficiency, air-to-coal ratio, and dust particle size all meet the required standards, and it occupies a small area. Due to internal factors within our unit, we are unable to proceed with this project at the moment. Given the current economic conditions and concerns regarding coal moisture-regulation projects, the company has decided to make the equipment available for free use. Independent coking plants or integrated steel coking plants that are interested can use either top-loading or ramming methods (depending on the coal’s moisture content). They can take the equipment away and start using it right away; after achieving energy-saving and emission-reduction benefits, they can make payments in installments.
