In the nitric acid production process, the filters located before the air compressor are referred to as 3-stage or 4-stage box filters, while those placed after the air compressor are called compressed air filters. These two types of filters are generally used together, especially in areas with strong sandstorms in the north and humid climates in the south; they help to protect subsequent catalysts and equipment pipelines, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment and its operational efficiency. Can your company manufacture air filters for category 3/4 rooms? I’ve heard that your company does a great job with compressed air filters; you often compete with Xi’an Ultrafiltration Chemical in bids. However, when it comes to Class 3/Class 4 air filters for nitric acid applications, there seem to be only two or three companies nationwide capable of producing them! I think there’s one in Dandong!
We mainly deal in high-efficiency filters; for pre-filter units of the chamber type, we only act as agents and do not manufacture them ourselves. We have worked in partnership with a company in Tianjin. I see you’re from Xi’an too. Are we in the same industry? Let’s exchange more ideas!
