Mass flow meter issues

The company’s mass flow meter was clogged, so it was removed and flushed with water. What impact will this have on the flow meter?
Be gentle; don’t use water that’s too hot. It won’t cause any problems. Pay attention to the transmitter’s waterproofing……
It doesn’t have much of an impact, but the pressure and temperature of the flushing water shouldn’t be too high, as mentioned above
No problem. I just don’t know which manufacturer’s flow meter you are using; we use Emerson quality flow meters that can measure flow in both forward and reverse directions
This one requires regular maintenance; efforts should be made to improve it, otherwise frequent blockages will occur and the amount of maintenance needed will be substantial.
Our company’s ones are the same; we use Emerson’s. Catalysts used in the polyester industry.
Our factory uses Emerson 2700 mass flow meters, and these actually don’t need to have a specific orientation – as long as the flow direction set inside is consistent with the external flow direction, it’s fine. As mentioned earlier, when using them in reverse flow, just make sure the meter’s casing is waterproof.
Thermal mass flow meters cannot be flushed with water; the appropriate solutions should be discussed in advance with the manufacturer
