Sharing of PLC control system for ground torches requested

I’d like to study the control of ground-based torches; I hope fellow sailors can share their research so we can all work on it together
We only have relays to implement logic
Is there no control system using a PLC?
What does a torch refer to? Are they used by chemical companies to burn waste gases? I have worked on controlling the gas release towers in metallurgical plants; the logic involved is not complex – it’s quite simple, in fact.
I used the DCS system for this; what’s important is to have a schematic diagram. Once that’s available, it doesn’t matter which system is used – it makes no difference. Relatively speaking, flare systems have multiple control valves, so using DCS is a more reliable option.
