Hello Haiyou: What is the method for purging when starting up and shutting down a piston compressor? Everyone is welcome to discuss; I’ll give points :)
Our compressors are purged with nitrogen........
Replace with nitrogen while turning the shaft, paying attention to the replacement of the bypass line.
Use nitrogen to displace the air, open the safety valves one by one for sequential venting, and select the venting time based on your own experience. Those with pop valves also need a pop inlet valve. No turning of the shaft is required during replacement, but it is necessary to do so before starting the machine.
I agree with what was said on the third floor; a disk replacement is required.
