How to resize two tables of different sizes to the same size

When creating tables in AutoCAD, how can two tables with different specifications and aspect ratios be scaled down to a smaller table? It’s better not to use the method of entering ratios; is there a way to do it by selecting points instead?
No precise scaling is needed; just use the mouse to drag and drop
I just want to achieve greater precision; if a ratio is entered, the accuracy might be low. I think using a point-picking method could work better, but I’m not sure how to do it.
Both the current table height and the target height are fixed; the scaling factor is simply the result of dividing them, isn’t that an exact value?
