How is steam price calculated?

I have an 80T coal-fired low-pressure boiler, and the steam produced is intended for sale. I’m not quite sure how to determine the price of this steam, so I would appreciate it if you could help me calculate it. The servant thanked them first! !
The coal consumption per ton of steam is multiplied by the coal price; then costs such as water treatment are added, along with labor costs, equipment depreciation, major and minor maintenance expenses, taxes, and so on
It mainly depends on the coal price and steam parameters in your area; also check the heat price there – currently it’s around 40 yuan per GJ.
