Will the quality of molecular sieve adsorption affect the air intake volume of the expander?
The quality of adsorption refers to how well the molecular sieve can adsorb water, CO2, and hydrocarbons. This quality has no impact on the amount of gas that enters the expansion machine. For example, even if the CO2 level is too high, the volume of gas entering the expansion machine remains unchanged; the inlet volume does not change simply because the CO2 level is high. That’s impossible. Therefore, I personally believe it has no effect
In my opinion, there is a certain impact: when the adsorption efficiency of the molecular sieve declines, the pressure difference across the molecular sieve increases, and the pressure at the outlet of the molecular sieve decreases, which has an effect on the expansion opportunity.

With the switching between the two molecular sieves, there is a corresponding periodic difference in the inlet air volume to the expander of approximately 1000 NM3. How can this be explained? In other words, when using molecular sieve A, the value is 18,000 NM3, while when switching to molecular sieve B, it becomes 19,000 NM3.
When the molecular sieve is pressed, air enters the other adsorption cylinder, consuming a certain amount of gas and causing the pressure throughout the system to drop as well. So this situation arises.

This will certainly affect the temperature before the expander, and thus impact the amount of expansion; the low-pressure expansion process is particularly affected by this
