In the past, many domestic manufacturers of liquid ring chlorine compressors experienced corrosion. As far as I know, some manufacturers also had major accidents. The corrosion was mostly due to poor acid concentration control. In addition, some manufacturers also had problems with their cooling water, causing corrosion.

I think the main problem is to strictly control the water content in chlorine. If the water content in chlorine is high and exceeds the requirements of the unit or the outlet pressure of the unit exceeds the rated value, corrosion will inevitably occur in the intercooler.
