Seeking design standards for storage tank cofferdams

I would like to ask everyone whether there are any design standards for tank enclosures at present. I have checked the relevant construction codes and regulations, but all of them deal with the design requirements for fire dikes. Currently, there is a tank in the facility used to store NaOH; according to the requirements for fire dikes, its height should be at least 1.5 meters, while the current height of the enclosure is 25 cm. Does this situation require any modifications? Thank you!

This is not just a civil engineering issue; the height of the cofferdam is determined by the design. But it doesn’t say that the height of the cofferdam should be at least 1.5 meters, right? I’ve never worked on tanks for NaOH, so I’m not sure about the requirements for cofferdams
