When a new chemical plant starts operations, an emergency response plan must be filed with the municipal work safety supervision agency. What emergency plans need to be prepared?

What’s more important is the on-site response plan.
In addition to the above comprehensive emergency response plans, specific plans, and on-site handling procedures, it is also necessary to determine whether the enterprise constitutes a major hazard source; if it does, an emergency response plan for that major hazard source must be prepared!
