The feasibility study for the Anhui Energy coke oven gas to natural gas project has passed review

On August 15, Huaibei Mining Group Company and Anhui Guowan Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd. held a review meeting for the \"Feasibility Study Report on Converting Coke Oven Gas into Natural Gas\" and the \"Feasibility Study Report for the Lixin LNG Peak-Shaving Plant Project\" at the Xiangwangfu Hotel in Huaibei City. Experts, the project owners, and representatives from the company responsible for preparing the feasibility studies – Wuhuan Technology Co., Ltd. – attended the meeting. Qiu Xianhao, deputy general manager of the group company and chairman of Guowan Company, presided over the meeting and introduced the background of the project. Huang Jianyu, deputy general manager of Huaibei Mining Group Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the project owner. Xu Sihai, general manager of Linhuan Coking Co., Ltd., outlined the current production status of the coking plant. The team responsible for preparing the feasibility study report presented the main technical solutions and process flows contained in the report. The expert group was composed of experts from organizations such as the China Coking Industry Association, Beijing Zhongliansheng Chemical Co., Ltd., Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xindi Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Huaihua Group Co., Ltd., and Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The group carefully listened to the presentations regarding the projects, and held thorough discussions and exchanges on both projects as well as the content of their feasibility study reports. Ultimately, it was concluded that these two projects are in line with **industry policies and Anhui Province’s energy structure adjustment plan; they should be given priority consideration, and the group basically agreed to the implementation of these two projects.
