Heat exchange testing platform

I’m planning to set up a performance testing platform for heat exchangers recently, mainly to test plate heat exchangers, coiled tube heat exchangers, etc., for water-water and water-oil heat exchange applications. I have referred to GB16409-1996 as a reference. At present, due to limitations in the power of the heat source, I can only conduct tests on a small scale. Does anyone with experience in this area or relevant materials available to share?
