I have a question regarding the mixing shaft; I’m a beginner seeking help

Today I saw two components fixed to the frame below the mixing shaft; I asked the installation staff, but they didn’t even know their technical names! It is mainly used to secure the shaft to the frame and prevent it from moving up and down! I’d like to ask about the scientific name; it would be great if there were relevant information available!
I searched, and it doesn’t seem to be! I heard people call it something like “X’s mother”!
