There are sand holes on the valve body, but it can’t be removed – what should be done?

It was recently discovered that there is a sand hole on the valve body, but there is material inside the equipment. This valve is a root valve and cannot be removed. Is there any good way to deal with this issue?

A cover can be placed around the valve body without affecting its normal operation; it can be dealt with during the major maintenance. .
1. It is possible to time-stamp the tool. 2. A type of glue can be used; I’m not quite sure of its exact name, but you can look it up online.
If the pressure isn’t high, first roll the PTFE tape into a ball and stuff it inside (use a small, hard object to push it into the hole), then press the PTFE tape down with a rubber stopper, securing the stopper in place with wire.
Those who are skilled in plugging leaks under pressure know how to do this: they measure and construct a box to enclose the valve body, inject high-temperature resistant solid sealant, and apply more sealant periodically until work is stopped and the valve is replaced.
If welding isn’t possible, use clamps or adhesives or something similar; if welding is feasible, then go with welding~
