This post was last edited by Chemical Gas Purification on 2011-3-23 at 14:54. Which companies in China are using evaporative coolers for the water cooling systems in 320-kilogram ammonia synthesis processes? Those who are designing evaporative coolers for such systems are welcome to share their experiences
Luoyang Longhua Refrigeration Equipment Company is capable of designing and manufacturing such systems. It was the first company in the country to apply evaporation cooling in the production of methanol and synthetic ammonia. You can find information about it by searching on Baidu. I also just discovered an article on our forum regarding evaporation cooling, which provides relevant details.

I was the one who posted it as well; I just didn’t know that Luoyang Longhua Refrigeration Equipment Company is capable of designing and manufacturing such systems. It was the first company in the country to apply evaporative cooling in the production of methanol and synthetic ammonia. How does it perform? victory:
I welcome everyone to engage in active discussions; it will also help me learn a bit. I really hope to get some information on this topic

If there are any in use, please introduce them; our water cooling performance isn’t good either.
The evaporative cooling system used in our company’s 220-kilogram ammonia synthesis system may not be operating at its full capacity, either due to a low design load or issues with routine operation; as a result, the temperature after water cooling remains high. We are now adding an additional water cooling unit.
It seems that the Red Sun doesn’t perform very well; I’ve heard that there are serious pipe leaks and that maintenance is difficult. I’m not sure if this is true or not. I hope everyone will discuss it!
Reply to 5# maoli3932000: There should be others besides Longhua; it’s just that Longhua started working on this earlier. I can give you Longhua’s contact information.
Zhejiang Xinquancheng Pressure Vessel Factory has already put several units into operation with excellent results; for more details, please contact hb200851@126.com
