I have a rough idea of this process; it’s not much to talk about – it simply involves stacking these three devices together. But think about it: can you feel at ease when a regeneration tank weighing nearly 100 tons is stacked atop a desulfurization tower that is almost 30 meters high? How much more wall thickness is needed for this desulfurization tower to support the two towers on top of it? And how should the foundation be handled! In fact, over the past two years, one company introduced this process in design institutes; it’s called the single-tower desulfurization process, and it was adopted by a few companies as well, but the results were not as good as they claimed. No one is mentioning it anymore. But this company turned a profit, as each set of drawings could be sold for over 1 million yuan.
