Some expert has prepared a risk assessment report! Recently, we need to conduct a risk assessment for type three containers, and according to the new container regulations, there are no standards to follow; I’m not sure how others go about it!
Just fill in the items required according to GB150; there are templates available for that, right?
GB150 only provides the general guidelines; it’s not easy to handle!
It mainly covers the design and manufacturing requirements of the equipment itself, as well as the process operation parameters. There seems to be a template on the forum.
Now, software is used to generate risk assessment reports, and all the units here have purchased it
The risk assessment report needs to be prepared based on specific equipment; the type of equipment should be specified to facilitate communication among everyone
You can just use a template from a design institute; if you really don’t mind the hassle, search this forum for the 2012 edition of \"Technical Requirements for Chemical Equipment Drawings\" issued by the Chemical Equipment Center Station – the information is available at the end of that book
What software is it? Please give an introduction so I can have some reference!
What software can generate risk assessments directly?
The format is provided in the appendix of the central station standard TCED 41002-2012. It’s available on Standard Sharing Network.
