Whether it is a three-in-one or two-in-one furnace, the hydrogen chloride produced will contain water. FRP/PVC materials can be used, as well as steel lined with fluorine; materials lined with PO and those reinforced with PE are also suitable if placed at a distance from the furnace outlet. In areas where the outlet temperature is high, a steel-lined PTFE material is a good choice; for other areas, CPVC is suitable. Of course, both of these materials are expensive, but they provide good long-term performance. If one has the financial means, it’s better to use high-quality materials, as chemical production is a high-risk industry
For temperatures below 80 degrees, it is recommended to use plastic composite pipes with a steel framework; these have been used in many companies and have proven to be very effective.
