Have you worked on large, uncovered storage tanks?

For large storage tanks, we usually opt for a vaulted design, but have we ever built ones without a cover? For example, a tank with a diameter of 24m and a height of 24m, without a roof or with a cover that is connected to the tank walls via steel members, and equipped with an agitator in the middle. Have you done it before? Is the center of the lid sunken? Is it safe?
It’s large in diameter and tall in height, with a stirrer as well – it’s hard to figure out what it’s used for. . .
