Many upstream pressure reduction devices employ deep drawing technology; what is the slag content before 530°C after pressure-reduced deep drawing? What is the residue content of the residue oil?
Our company’s 2 million-ton vacuum distillation unit has a vacuum level of 0.92; the exit temperature of the vacuum furnace is 365 degrees Celsius. The residual carbon content of the crude oil fed into the unit is 14, and after vacuum deep distillation, this value rises to 18–22, with a recovery rate of 30%.
