When equipment is stored outdoors for a short period of time, the following points should be taken into account: 1) It is recommended to keep it away from the construction site ; Do not open the packaging box ; 2) The storage location should be kept away from vehicles and vibrations ; No equipment should be piled on top of other equipment ; 3) The storage location should avoid corrosion of the equipment materials by steam and liquids ; Especially in marine areas ; 4) Avoid sudden temperature changes ; 5) Special attention should be paid to open channels or pipes to prevent water, sand, or other contaminants from entering ; Given the long storage period, the equipment should be kept indoors. For equipment sealed with nitrogen or other inert gases, it is necessary to regularly check whether there is a positive pressure inside the heat exchanger in order to maintain the pressure of the gas seal. Additionally, when storing the equipment and its accessories, it should be placed with a cover on top and something under it. The housings, tube bundles, and plates of stainless steel heat exchanger equipment must not come into contact with carbon steel equipment; the storage area should be kept flat and clean. Equipment that has been degreased must be protected from contamination by oils and other organic substances.
