Is there a specified value for the pressure in the riser collector? What is the cause of the leakage in the gas collection pipe next to the rising pipe on the roof of our factory’s furnace?
Aren’t your gas collection pipes welded? All I’ve seen are welded ones, to reduce leakage points. Flange connections are prone to leaks in steam systems, especially those under high pressure, or in systems where stability is not ensured. Just change it to fully welded.
