I need help understanding what the reasons are for alarms occurring in the AO card channel during operation, and how to eliminate these alarms
Yesterday I just cleared an alarm from a TRICON card; I haven’t yet figured out the exact cause of that alarm, so I probably can’t be of much help with that:$ However, the alarm was cleared; using the diagnostic monitoring tool, the alarm-related component was located, and by double-clicking on it it was possible to see what type of fault existed, with a button to clear the fault available below. If it cannot be cleared, collect the fault event and send it to the manufacturer for assistance. That’s all I know; I’m not sure if it can help you.
