Usage of the DEVCTLA pin

The devctla block has a pin named Oi[2], as well as opcmd[0] and opcmd[1]. What is their purpose, and how are they used?
OI is a forced interlock; when it is active, regardless of the allowable interlock conditions, it causes the command output (OP) to assume the corresponding state. When the forced interlock is active, the OP cannot be commanded to a different state. •The forced interlock can be connected to other block outputs, or it can be set directly by the operator when MODEATTR = OPERATOR and the block is in active state. •All forced interlock parameters are set to OFF by default, thus disabling all forced interlocks. They must be set to ON in order for the OP to enter any specific state. When the forced interlock puts the OP in an instantaneous state, as long as the interlock remains ON, it stays in that state. When the forced interlock is reset to OFF, it returns to its original state. opcmd[0], opcmd[1]: used to record the alarm status of OP output commands, as well as for other recording purposes
