Could anyone recommend some suppliers for ammonia purification units? These suppliers should be able to provide relevant data, as well as offer design specifications, preliminary design, detailed design, assistance with the procurement of equipment and materials, construction services, and completion inspection and handover. Thank you all!
What purity is required for the ammonia in the product you need?
The ammonia content is required to be 99.8%; primarily, the ammonia in the feed gas is desulfurized and dehydrated, and then cooled and pressurized before being pumped into storage tanks. The systems for treating, compressing, and cooling gaseous ammonia are within the contractor’s overall scope of work
This concentration can generally be achieved, as long as there are no issues with the feed gas. Your requirement regarding the concentration of liquid ammonia is satisfied; all that’s needed is to ensure proper purification of the feed gas. There are also no special requirements for the liquid ammonia itself. The Ultra-Pure Ammonia Technology Research Center at Guangming Chemical Industry Research and Design Institute originated from the **\"863\" High-Purity Ammonia Research Group, which was established in the year 2000. Over the past few years, with the strong support of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for Defense, and Dalian City**, remarkable achievements have been made through in-depth research on ultra-pure electronic gases, high-purity petrochemical gases, standard gases, gas purification equipment, and other gas-related areas.

:lol:lol:lol It seems a metering pump is needed
Your requirements are not stringent; the liquid ammonia we produce has a purity of 99.8%. We use a carbonization system, so we don’t have refrigeration units, which is why the purity of the ammonia is high.
