What do you think are the main aspects of workshop safety management? Please give me your guidance
Workshop safety management covers a wide range of aspects, including the operations of personnel on site, the safety condition of equipment and facilities, the performance of process parameters, and environmental protection – all of which are related to safety. Any issue in any of these areas can lead to safety accidents.
1. Formulating safety operation procedures for various positions and equipment. 2. Safety training at the workshop and team levels. 3. Skill training for new employees and those changing roles. 4. Emergency rescue plans. 5. Risk analysis of operational activities. 6. Safety precautions and measures during maintenance work. 7. Daily inspection of potential safety hazards and implementation of corrective actions. 8. Cooperation with other safety initiatives at the company level
