What is the model of the matching flange for BJ45w-25P DN50? It’s not in HG20592; looking forward to an expert’s answer
For a DN50 valve, just use a DN50 flange; the material can be chosen according to the requirements
The valve has a DN50 size, but it has 8 bolt holes; I used a DN65 flange to match it. Just right :)
It’s possible that one of the parties is mistaken; according to the HG20592-2009 standard, pipes with a diameter of DN50 and below have 4 bolt holes, while those with a diameter of DN65 and above have 8 bolt holes
According to the standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the 25-kilogram DN50 flange has 4 φ18 bolt holes, while the DN65 flange has 8 such holes. Actually, you can just use flanges sized 50 – 4 bolts will be sufficient.
This is a jacketed valve; the DN50 valve is matched with a DN80xDN50 jacketed flange, which is available in HG standards
Then your flange might not be of type HG20592; it could be of the American standard. Check the class – valves with DN50 size have 8 holes.
It’s the one with 20592; that valve is rather special
This definitely won’t work; I checked and the centers of their bolt holes don’t align
The flange sealing surface of DN65 isn’t as wide as yours, but it will work.
