The Datang Huayin lignite drying project was developed and constructed by Datang Huayin Co., Ltd. The project’s capacity is to process 300,000 tons of lignite per year, with a total investment of 344 million yuan. Construction began in 2009, with a total investment of 450 million yuan to date. On April 18, 2012, the Datang Huayin Dongwu Coal Purification Demonstration Plant project completed a 72-hour continuous full-load trial operation of the plant, and conducted experiments on various relevant verification parameters. Based on the 72-hour continuous full-load trial operation and experimental results, all parameters have met the design values; there are no defects or obstacles in terms of process technology, and the performance of the unit is excellent, with it being in very good condition at present.
