How amazing is the original poster to be able to produce polysilicon using silicon tetrachloride? What a huge pollution problem has been solved. It is silicon tetrafluoride
I heard that Zhongneng now also has the technology for producing silane gas; I’m not sure whether it’s technology developed by them own or acquired from elsewhere. Does anyone who knows about it exist?
I know; those who are interested should get in touch. QQ: 963592917. It’s available from Zhejiang Jinggong New Materials, and it is said to be based on American technology.
NEP is still under construction; it is a experimental facility

As far as I know, Jinggong Technology has a Japanese employee who used to work at 3P Company; he was involved in the cold hydrogenation and silane-based processes for the REC 3000t project. The silane-based process makes use of disproportionation technology. I’m not sure if this is true or not, haha
I can help you, but first through this forum; I’ll wait until I get to know you better before helping you
Yes, there are other foreigners as well
Sure, please send me an email. Thank you

It would be good if silicon tetrachloride could be disproportionated into trichlorosilane, as that would solve the pollution problem associated with the Siemens process. Also, in the end, will it be CVD or a fluidized bed? I haven’t heard of any company that does well in CVD; those without the capability for fluidized bed technology should not try it. These are not unsolvable, but it seems they haven’t been properly resolved in the country yet.
Could you tell me about your company?
