Essentially, certain elements are required: management personnel, construction workers, as well as machinery and equipment that must possess valid certification. The equipment and materials need to be purchased, manufactured to standard, delivered to the site, inspected upon arrival, and all necessary approval procedures completed before they can be used for construction. The previous stages or conditions must first be fulfilled and approved. After that, it is necessary to organize the logical sequence of the specific construction steps involved in the project. For cost and time estimates, industry-standard reference values are generally used; however, in most cases, the plans turn out to be too idealistic. Because not many people actually bother to do it seriously. Laziness is, after all, one of human nature.
