How are the colors of the warning lines around hazardous process operation units distinguished, and is there a specified width for these warning lines? If there are two or more hazardous chemicals in the handling unit, some of which are highly toxic while others are less toxic, what color should the warning line be painted in? Thank you.
There are four safety colors in total: red, yellow, blue, and green; The warning line uses contrasting colors: red and white—to indicate no entry ; Blue and white – indicates instructions that must be followed ; Green and white – indicates indication ; Yellow and black – indicates a warning of danger. The width of the color ring is generally 100 mm. The ribbon width can be selected according to actual needs.
Please refer to this standard, \"Safety Colors\" GB+2893-2008. I do have the standard, but its size is too large. It contains clear rules regarding the meaning of colors and how to draw them.
Yellow is used for general hazardous areas, while red is used for highly hazardous areas such as those with highly toxic substances. The width of the color strip is typically around 50 centimeters, depending on the size of the device.
What is the basis? I know that generally, areas with toxic substances are marked in yellow, while those with highly toxic substances are marked in red. But it seems you’re incorrect regarding the width of the color strips; according to the Regulations on Labor Protection in Workplaces Using Toxic Substances, the width of such strips should be 100 mm.

The standard for the 2nd floor is only the requirement for safety colors. However, regarding LZ’s issue, according to the training materials for certified safety engineers, there should only be yellow and red colors, as mentioned on floor 4. As for the width of the lines, I’m not sure.
