I need a few small pieces of 20Mn23ALV steel plate to repair an electromagnetic crane; I need several long strips of this steel plate, approximately 6 kilograms in total. I want to purchase them separately, but dealers don’t sell them that way. I’m asking all the experienced folks here: if you have any scraps, could you give me some? Thank you very much. I suggest you ask a friend who works in a company to get one for you. If you’re not familiar with steel plates, are you looking for an iron plate that’s 20 mm thick? Companies do have iron plates of that thickness
Thank you, admin. It’s a non-magnetic steel plate used in transformers; haha, we who work with pressure vessels don’t need it either. I’ve now found a 304 material to use as a substitute – let’s see if it will work
