Is it not necessary to connect a safety valve or burst disc during the hydrostatic test? Is it necessary to connect a safety valve and rupture disc during the airtightness test?
The definition doesn’t specify the maximum operating pressure; where did LZ infer that from?
I have already found the relevant regulations; please refer to Article 4.8.3 of the Solid Content Regulations as well as the explanation for this article in those regulations.

Because the airtightness test is more dangerous; in the event of an accidental rupture, its volume increases by many times. The hydrostatic test is relatively safer, as there is no significant change in the volume of water, and the flow rate of the pressure pump is very low.
The hydraulic test pressure specified in 150 shall be calculated based on the maximum allowable operating pressure. The pressure used in the hydraulic test is higher than the setting pressure of the safety valve; it’s not that no safety valve is used during the hydraulic test, but rather that the setting pressure of the safety valve is increased. If the maximum allowable operating pressure is indicated on the drawing, the setting pressure of the safety valve must be specified for operation/hydraulic testing.
Many manufacturers conduct a comprehensive airtightness test on-site before installing the safety valve!
However, as a designer, from a self-protection perspective, the maximum allowable working pressure will not be indicated on the drawings if it can be avoided!
