Four companies—Inner Mongolia Qinghua Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Qianzu Pearl Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhenfa New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Alxa League Kaiman Stone Co., Ltd.—signed cooperation agreements with Ayuqi County in various fields such as multi-metal mining, high-end fluorine chemicals production, solar photovoltaic power generation, and stone extraction and processing; a total of 21.7 billion yuan in investment was committed under these agreements. Zhejiang Qianzu Pearl Group Co., Ltd. has signed a project for high-end fluorine chemicals with a total investment of 5 billion yuan, which includes the construction of facilities for producing 120,000 tons per year of ODS substitutes, 80,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, 20,000 tons of high-purity electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid, 80,000 tons of epichlorohydrin, 10,000 tons of polyvinylidene fluoride resin, as well as facilities for further processing.
