What is the reason why the Fulewei centrifuge used in our factory’s PVC production trips off when the current reaches around 140? I hope the relevant parties can provide an answer! !

Generally, it’s the frequency converter that triggers a motor trip as protection; this is likely due to an excessive amount of feed causing the motor to operate above its rated current for too long. Another possibility is severe wear on the screw propeller, which makes it difficult to push the material forward and thus increases the load, leading to motor overcurrent.
