Regarding unit vibration issues

I just want to ask the fellow sailors here: when the air separation unit is shut down and the turbine barring motor is started, the vibration levels on the X and Y axes at the high-pressure end of the air compressor (the end connected to the turbine) are about 10 times higher than those during normal operation. What could be the cause of this? Thank you!
Do your air compressors have a crown shaft oil pump?
It is also related to the steam pressure, the air intake volume, and the lubricating oil temperature.
Is it at the moment of starting the turntable, or during its operation? High vibration may occur at the instant when the turntable starts to operate
When the oil pressure and temperature are normal, there is a high possibility of excessive vibration at the moment of startup, but once the rotation speed stabilizes after startup, the shaft vibration will gradually drop to normal levels.
