I would like to ask everyone: are heat exchangers installed in the catalytic cracking reactor-reformer systems? Is water or air generally used as the heat transfer medium? Thank you……
The regenerator is equipped with heat exchangers, which can be divided into internal and external types, whereas the reactor does not have any heat exchangers. The heat transfer medium is water, with wind merely serving to provide momentum for the catalyst in the other process stage.
Do you know what the proportion of heat exchangers in FCC regenerators is in China nowadays? How are the air volume and wind speed supplied to the heat exchanger calculated?
