How should a concentrated sulfuric acid storage tank be prepared before the first filling?

Hello, everyone. I would like to ask: can concentrated sulfuric acid be stored in carbon steel tanks and pipes? If no internal anti-corrosion treatment is applied, what preparations should be made before the first time of filling the tank? Since there is no internal anti-corrosion coating, rust forms on the inner wall quite severely; if nothing is done, won’t the concentrated sulfuric acid get contaminated by the rust?
Some colleagues said that the sulfuric acid coming from certain facilities is red; it must be contaminated by rust!
Is sandblasting convenient? There are no devices on site
Few companies carry out sandblasting on their own; instead, they hire anti-corrosion construction teams to do it.
