Our company has just installed a large oven that needs to be heated to 200 degrees. What should we use as a heat source? Electric heating isn’t an option due to its high energy consumption, and steam heating isn’t possible either as there is no steam available. Please help me out with some suggestions. Our company uses a large oven that operates with steam; our product is styrene-butadiene rubber, with a maximum production capacity of around 9 tons per hour； The feed water content is around 12% ； The export product has a water content of around 0.25% ； The steam consumption is about 2.5 tons per hour
This oven is used to heat to around 200 degrees; there are no other requirements
If the factory has industrial furnaces, considering the use of waste heat from the exhaust gases is an option.
