I am currently working on chemical process development, mainly focusing on process software packages. Only when I actually started working did I realize there were many things I didn’t understand. The senior employees at our center are very kind to us, but everyone is quite busy. When I encounter a problem, I usually try to look up information on my own first, but it’s just that I don’t know enough. In PID plotting, indeed each point contains a lot of knowledge. Is there anyone with experience who can tell me: in the development of process software packages, especially when it comes to creating PID controllers in the initial stages, how can I get started as quickly as possible? How can one quickly master knowledge related to pumps, valves, towers, heat exchangers, U-bends, and other similar components?
