During production, an issue arose in an intermittent fixed-bed 2800mm gas generator: while operating normally, one of the generators suddenly stopped descending, and within a minute, the other three generators in that small system also stopped descending at the same time. What could be the cause of this?
It shouldn’t be that, right? If the oil pressure is low, the valve should not be able to rise or it will rise slowly. Besides, it can’t be such a coincidence. I heard it’s due to faulty microcomputer signals; I’m not sure about the exact reason.
By the way, we’ve had issues with faulty computer signals before as well; one of the control cards broke down, and all the valves of the gas furnace stopped working. The devices meant for blowing air would only do that, and those designed for upward airflow would only function in that mode. The three-gas furnace turned completely red, which was really scary.

This is a rather serious issue; if not controlled properly, it can lead to big problems. Which manufacturer’s control system is being used by the poster? The opinions should be conveyed to the manufacturer so that they can develop improvement plans.
If multiple downstream units fail, peroxides can lead to serious consequences. All three units have the same problem; it’s probably an issue with the fuel supply system. If there’s a problem with the microcomputer, it should affect only one furnace.
